All couples begin with a free 30-minute triage call, followed by the Foundation Package.

  • 4 × 90 Minute Sessons

    Session 1 – Joint 90 minutes session

    We map the relationship landscape together.
    What’s working. What isn’t. Where you feel stuck.
    We identify your recurring pattern and agree a clear focus.

    Session 2 – Individual 90 minute ssession

    Space for one partner to speak freely and reflect in depth.
    Exploring attachment patterns, stress responses, and personal blind spots.

    Session 3 – Individual 90 minutes session

    The same depth and attention for the other partner.
    No secrets are held that undermine the relationship — individual sessions always serve the partnership.

    Session 4 – Joint Integration 90 minutes session

    We bring everything together.
    Clarifying your shared dynamic.
    Naming the cycle.
    Agreeing practical, observable changes.

  • 3 × 90 minute sessions

    Designed for shorter-term momentum building. This package is ideal for couples who have made significant breakthroughs and need targeted, high-impact sessions to navigate a specific transition or overcome a lingering hurdle without committing to a longer block.

  • 6 × 90 minute session block

    This is our core retention package, designed for couples actively restructuring their relationship dynamic. Over the course of six fortnightly sessions, we move past crisis management and deeply embed new communication protocols, repair attachment injuries, and build a sustainable partnership

  • Your long-term relationship insurance policy. You maintain your health and your career; your relationship deserves the same strategic care.

    Designed to be booked every 6 or 12 months. Once the heavy lifting is done and your relationship is stabilized, The Relationship MOT acts as a preventative health check. We review your communication habits, check in on your shared goals, and correct small misalignments before they turn into major resentments. We are here when you need us, offering ongoing access without open-ended dependency.
